Final Design Vision
Problem
Traveling is an enriching activity that retirees can enjoy, but a decline in physical abilities may prevent them from doing so.
However, many seniors are deterred from travelling freely by the decline in their physical abilities. Actions that once required minimal effort become increasingly difficult.
Product
With these findings in mind, how might we design a luggage that is more accessible for travelers aged 60 and above?

To show the user journey, we animated the product visualization demonstrating how an elderly person would interact with and benefit from using Lightcase at different touchpoints during transit.
